Currently, I am PostDoc in Eike Kiltz's cryptography group at Ruhr-Universität Bochum (RUB). Earlier, I was PostDoc in Alexander May's group at RUB and research associate in Jens Groth's group at University College London. In 2011, I finished my PhD at Ruhr-Universität Bochum on secure digital signature schemes in the standard model.

I have also worked as the scientific managing director of the HGI office, as an interdisciplinary coordinator for the DFG-funded research training group UbiCrypt, and as student counselor for IT-security at the department of electrical engineering and information science.
